You will own the end-to-end narrative that transforms a curious visitor into a loyal, engaged creator through carefully crafted messaging. The position demands fluency in both B2C and B2B nuances to effectively market to individual consumers and business customers across diverse regions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing peers to ensure alignment between user journeys and business objectives. Design and deploy sophisticated automation flows in customer.io to systematically move users through activation and retention lifecycle stages.
Execute multi-channel campaigns utilizing email, in-app messaging, and push notifications to target the right users at the optimal moment.
Analyze data on user behavior to inform ongoing experiments that refine messaging, creative assets, and timing for each stage of the funnel.
Orchestrate re-engagement sequences targeting dormant users with tailored messaging aimed at restoring activity and preventing churn.
Develop and maintain detailed persona frameworks that shape nurture sequences and ensure relevance across diverse audience segments.
Adapt and localize campaigns for international markets to respect cultural context and align with local user behaviors and preferences.
Leverage deep platform knowledge of Customer.io to build, manage, and optimize complex lifecycle campaigns that scale globally.
Partner with Product and Customer Experience teams to align messaging, handoffs, and user journeys with evolving product roadmaps.
Apply a data-driven mindset to comfort with analytics tools, dashboard creation, and rigorous experimentation focused on statistical significance.
Utilize strong writing skills to produce compelling, on-brand copy that drives user action without sacrificing clarity, consistency, or brand integrity.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities in internationalization, localization, PLG strategies, metrics, and SQL/data analysis abilities to enhance role effectiveness.
Continuously iterate on lifecycle programs by testing hypotheses, measuring outcomes, and doubling down on strategies that prove successful.
Own the strategic planning and execution of campaigns that bridge the gap between acquisition efforts and long-term user retention.
Champion measurement and reporting, ensuring that the impact of lifecycle initiatives on activation and retention is clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Requirements
