What you'll do
- Provide first-line support for ERP-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials for end-users, enhancing their understanding of the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal impact on users.
- Document processes, procedures, and user guides to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP support or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software, with experience in modules such as finance, supply chain, or human resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating instructional materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
