What you'll do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all design elements align with project goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop cohesive design strategies that integrate functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation to guide the implementation of design solutions across various projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma, along with a solid understanding of 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively in various contexts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, particularly in web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design to ensure inclusive and user-friendly solutions.

Skills & tools

• Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar tools.
