What you'll do
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all design elements align with project goals and client expectations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the design process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design styles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma, along with a solid understanding of 3D modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively in various contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Nice to have
- Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, particularly in web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design to ensure inclusive and user-friendly solutions.
