What you'll do

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning and design.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into overall project plans.
• Oversee project progress, providing regular updates to clients and management while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and site inspections to ensure that construction activities align with design specifications and safety protocols.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and tools for modeling, analysis, and project management to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
