You will use AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms, to enhance team productivity and decision quality. Specific responsibilities include using AI copilots to refine daily workflows and improve output accuracy. You will drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency through iterative enhancements. The position requires regular design reviews with engineering teams to ensure scalability and resilience. You will also partner with stakeholders to validate solutions both before and after market rollout. You will establish clear documentation standards to capture decisions, architectures, and operational procedures for long term reference. The role involves monitoring operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization across the trade lifecycle. You will lead incident response efforts, driving root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions. You will foster a culture of continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new practices. The position requires you to manage dependencies across engineering, business, and compliance functions to ensure timely delivery.
