You will own pitch deck creation and narrative sequencing so investment cases resonate with internal committees and co-investors across the firm. You will orchestrate portfolio oversight by tracking key metrics, runway, and milestone attainment across founders to ensure disciplined execution. You will direct corporate development initiatives aligning partnerships, market entry, and product integrations for portfolio growth and strategic value. Requirements
You must bring two years of relevant venture experience and a bachelor's in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields to demonstrate foundational competence. You must show deep immersion in crypto, fintech, and software ecosystems through deal history or hands-on building that proves real-world understanding. You must prove modeling mastery with DCF, LBOs, cap tables, and waterfall structures in Excel and PowerPoint to handle complex financial structures. You must operate as an independent driver who sets pace, owns outcomes, and moves projects forward without constant supervision or guidance. You must communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats to convey intricate concepts to diverse audiences. You must thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and decisions must be made with incomplete information.
