What you'll do

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related issues and ensure that all staff are trained on compliance protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area, preferably within the financial services or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to financial institutions in Malaysia and internationally.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and policies effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify compliance risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
