About the role
You will serve as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to healthcare providers, guiding the integration of Fullscript's platform and supplement solutions into everyday patient care. In this provider-facing, field-based role, you will build strong relationships with clinicians and clinical staff while acting as a subject matter expert on supplementation and whole-person practices. You will partner closely with Enterprise Sales and Solution Consulting teams to support discovery, implementation, and ongoing engagement with health systems and practices. A core part of your work will involve conducting in-office visits, educational sessions, and clinical presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of Fullscript. You will gather and share market insights and customer feedback to influence product messaging, clinical content, and commercial strategies. This role requires you to represent the voice of the provider, shaping how Fullscript is positioned and adopted in the marketplace. Ultimately, you will act as a clinical ambassador, helping providers improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency through evidence-informed solutions.

What you'll do
Partner directly with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, dietitians, and clinical staff within healthcare practices and systems.
Develop trusted relationships with clinical stakeholders and establish yourself as a subject matter expert on supplementation, whole-person care, and Fullscript solutions.
Plan and conduct in-office visits, provider education sessions, lunch-and-learns, workshops, and clinical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Consultants at every stage of the sales cycle to align clinical insights with commercial goals.
Participate in discovery meetings to understand clinical workflows, patient populations, and practice objectives that shape solution design.
Demonstrate how Fullscript supports improvements in patient outcomes, provider efficiency, adherence, and practice growth through practical examples and data.
Educate providers on evidence-informed supplement protocols, product selection criteria, quality standards, and relevant clinical applications.
Present clinical evidence and emerging research in a clear, provider-friendly manner that supports decision-making and implementation.
Support regional and national conferences, customer events, webinars, and educational programs as a clinical resource and speaker.
Identify opportunities to expand utilization of Fullscript within existing provider groups and health systems through strategic outreach.
Gather qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and communicate market insights to Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Represent the voice of the provider by translating clinical needs and challenges into messaging and educational resources.
Help shape content and tools that resonate with healthcare professionals and support adoption of Fullscript solutions.
Act as a clinical ambassador for Fullscript in the marketplace through consistent, credible, and value-driven engagement.
Requirements
Active clinical license or credential (ND, DC, PharmD, RD/RDN, NP, PA, RN, MD, DO, or equivalent) required for eligibility.
Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare delivery, integrative medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, pharmacy, or related settings.
Demonstrated expertise in dietary supplements, nutritional therapeutics, and evidence-based integrative care throughout your career.
Prior experience working directly with healthcare providers in a consultative, educational, sales, or advisory capacity is essential.
Comfortable operating successfully in a sales environment while partnering closely with commercial teams and field-based stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly with clinicians and healthcare leaders.
Proven ability to present effectively to individuals, small groups, and large provider audiences in professional settings.
Willingness to engage in significant travel to meet providers, conduct in-office visits, and attend regional and national events as needed.
Nice to have
Preferred knowledge of supplement and integrative medicine best practices, quality standards, and product selection frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, implementation, and customer success initiatives in healthcare environments.
Background in delivering clinical education through webinars, virtual sessions, and digital content formats.
Practical notes
This role requires regular travel to healthcare provider sites and events in the Cleveland, OH area and may include regional travel.
Full-time engagement with standard business hours is expected, with flexibility to support evening or weekend educational events when appropriate.
