Lead Data Scientist - Growth & Experimentation
Job description
Lead Data Scientist - Growth & Experimentation at Fullscript.
About the role
You are the analytics owner for one of Fullscript's fastest-growing segments, shaping how data drives decisions at a critical inflection point. This role blends the strategic scope of a head of analytics with the hands-on autonomy of a senior individual contributor, requiring deep collaboration with the GM, Finance, Product, and Commercial leaders. You will own the experimentation engine that tests key business hypotheses, translating ambiguous questions into rigorous, actionable insight. A core responsibility is understanding real practitioner and patient behavior to inform where the business invests next and how we capture value. You will establish the segment's analytics vision, setting standards and growing the function over time as data becomes central to every decision. The work demands intellectual rigor and business curiosity, pairing causal inference with a commercial mindset to uncover true drivers of performance. You will translate complex findings into clear narratives that guide leadership action and move the organization forward.
