This role operates in fast-moving environments, emphasizing experimentation and the construction of growth engines from the ground up. - Construct journey maps guiding users from first exposure to habitual use of Labs features.
- Review behavioral data to refine messaging and identify high-potential experiment variations.
- Ship iterative improvements that increase practitioner engagement with core Labs tools.
- Partner with commercial teams to align growth experiments with revenue objectives.
- Orchestrate lifecycle campaigns that move practitioners along adoption pathways.
- Champion rapid testing cycles, using qualitative signals to inform quantitative scaling.
- Guard measurement integrity by documenting assumptions and validating learning rigorously.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives for diverse stakeholder audiences.

- Establish a repeatable framework for hypothesis generation, testing, and insight synthesis.
- Collaborate with analytics partners to ensure robust data collection and interpretation.

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have a history of owning projects end-to-end, showing accountability for results regardless of ownership boundaries.
