What you'll do
- Oversee the workflows involved in marketing planning and execution, including the management of intake processes, prioritization, timelines, and resource distribution to guarantee timely delivery of projects.
- Lead the strategy surrounding marketing technology and automation, focusing on the integration of marketing automation platforms (MAP) with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as managing lead lifecycle processes, routing, scoring, and data enrichment.
- Collaborate closely with the data analytics team to create and sustain reports and dashboards that track funnel performance metrics, including conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), pipeline progression, velocity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) versus lifetime value (LTV) inputs, while also defining clear service level agreements.
- Formulate segmentation and audience strategies aimed at enhancing targeting, personalization, and the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns.
- Work in partnership with teams focused on Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Marketing to establish frameworks for go-to-market strategies and campaign performance measurement.
- Supervise initiatives aimed at maintaining data quality, which include governance of UTM parameters, deduplication processes, taxonomy management, and alignment of source-of-truth data to improve attribution and analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and tool upgrades to minimize manual tasks and boost the scalability of marketing programs.
- Facilitate experimentation efforts, such as A/B testing and holdout studies, by measuring outcomes and documenting insights to optimize marketing return on investment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment or a similarly fast-paced market context.
- Proven experience in managing a marketing automation platform and its integration with a CRM system.
- Proficiency in HubSpot is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, with a comfort level in working with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and creating dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, HubSpot, or Salesforce reporting.
- A thorough understanding of lead lifecycle management, routing, scoring, and attribution concepts, with the ability to convert business inquiries into measurable frameworks.
- Experience in developing scalable processes, including campaign intake procedures, quality assurance checklists, UTM governance, and documentation across various stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to exert influence without direct authority.
- A keen eye for detail and a systems-oriented approach, balancing strategic insights with practical execution.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
