A core part of your role involves guiding clients through remote recording sessions by writing clear setup guides and providing direct, real-time coaching to capture high-quality footage independently. You will own the end-to-end editing process for diverse formats, including social videos, ads, webinars, interviews, testimonials, and educational materials. This position requires a self-motivated editor who can manage multiple client deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and clear communication. You will present your work during client calls, incorporating feedback efficiently to refine deliverables. Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, full-time role.
- Possess 2+ years of professional video editing and production experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including comfort directing and coaching clients on video calls.
- Hold a strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average.
- Possess a degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Present a strong portfolio or reel that demonstrates range across short- and long-form video formats.
- Show proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Have comfort with CapCut and Descript, which would be considered a bonus in your skill set.
- Exhibit strong motion graphics ability in After Effects, including kinetic text, lower thirds, and animated elements.
- Apply solid post-production fundamentals, including audio cleanup, color correction, and captioning or subtitling.
- Feel comfortable using design tools such as Photoshop and Figma to support video and graphic needs.
