This Sales Systems Engineer role exists to ensure our internal systems actively support that mission by removing operational friction and enabling scalable, precise sales operations. You will serve as the central technical authority, architecting and deploying the infrastructure that allows our sales team to function at peak efficiency. What you'll do
- Architect and deploy AI-driven sales tools such as HubSpot Prospecting Agents, custom Gemini Gems, and Sales Coach bots to automate and enhance seller effectiveness.
- Build, train, and maintain AI-driven digital sales training guides and internal resources that standardize best practices and improve team performance.
- Design and implement advanced data enrichment and automated scraping pipelines for conference apps, web-based membership lists, and XML feeds from sources such as ProPublica, ensuring seamless auto-updates to HubSpot or central databases.
- Own outbound automation infrastructure configuration and execution using platforms like RB2B, Instantly, or custom in-house equivalents, supported by tools like BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Build, clean, and enrich highly targeted prospect lists through consultative analysis of data sources and automation workflows.
- Design and execute integration partner workflows, identifying platform users, injecting them as clean records into the CRM, and appending Nonprofit Software data to trigger automated outreach.
- Serve as the primary technical administrator for HubSpot, optimizing lead routing logic, building custom lead-scanner applications for conferences, managing complex data hygiene, and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
- Develop lead-scanner applications tailored for conference environments to enable real-time data capture and immediate follow-up.
- Create advanced dashboards tracking conversion rates, response times, and pipeline health to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Write comprehensive systems documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity, continuity, and ease of replication for all technical solutions.
- Collaborate with global team members across the US and the Philippines to align technical implementations with evolving sales objectives and market needs.
- Continuously refine existing automations and AI workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability of sales operations, ensuring best-in-class performance.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, full-time work-from-home role.
- 3-6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Systems Engineering within a B2B SaaS or corporate environment; this is not an entry-level position.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, Zapier, or similar middleware automation platforms to design and maintain complex integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle "hard builds," including XML and JSON data scraping, web scraping, and manipulation of API webhooks to connect disparate systems.
- Direct experience building, deploying, and customizing AI agents and LLMs for business logic and sales applications, including prompt engineering for practical use cases.
- A consultative mindset capable of transforming loose operational problems into technical blueprints and delivering polished, finished products independently.
- Strict adherence to US EST working hours (approximately 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST) while working remotely.
