About the role
You will own the full lifecycle of high-volume, AI-assisted copy that directly supports Double the Donation's content and SEO strategy. Every day, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as ChatGPT to generate, refine, and optimize conversion-focused messaging for a diverse range of digital channels. You will be responsible for maintaining factual accuracy, strict SEO performance, and consistent brand voice across all outputs. This role requires a deep commitment to quality and process improvement as you continuously refine prompts and workflows. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure every piece of content advances our mission of driving positive change. Your work will have a direct impact on how we engage audiences and support our nonprofit partners. What you'll do
- Generate high-quality, SEO-optimized content at scale using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms.
- Produce conversion-focused copy for blog posts, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets.
- Consistently meet ambitious weekly and monthly content production goals while maintaining strong quality standards and accuracy.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, and content optimization workflows without sacrificing clarity or brand alignment.
- Ensure all AI-assisted content adheres to SEO best practices, factual correctness, readability standards, and brand voice guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content targeting high-impact keywords and strategic search opportunities.
- Continuously refine prompts, templates, and AI-assisted writing processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality.
- Review, edit, and quality-check AI-generated drafts to ensure they are polished, error-free, and publish-ready.
- Support ongoing content operations and digital marketing initiatives across the broader Foundry for Good family of brands.
- Track content performance insights and contribute data-informed ideas for improving engagement, search visibility, and conversion performance.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and alignment with US Eastern business hours.
- Exceptional English written communication and editing skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, professional copy.
- Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average and a record of academic excellence.
- Individuals who graduate with majors that could be a strong fit including Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or other Liberal Arts and Business-related degrees.
- Demonstrated experience in content writing, copywriting, SEO writing, or digital content creation within a professional or academic setting.
- Hands-on experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Byword, or similar platforms to produce high-quality content efficiently.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, meta elements, and search intent.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of content under tight timelines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and factual integrity.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong editing and quality assurance skills to refine AI-assisted drafts into polished, error-free, publish-ready content.
- Passionate about AI, digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization, with a drive to stay current on best practices and tools.
Practical notes
- This is a full-time, remote-friendly role aligned with Philippine time zones.
- Your daily schedule will follow a consistent rhythm with two focused work blocks separated by a long midday break.
- The structure includes a morning block from 9:30am to 2:00pm (PHT) and an evening block from 8:00pm to 12:30am (PHT).
- You will enjoy a substantial midday break from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (PHT) to rest or manage personal commitments.
- All times may shift by one hour later when the time difference changes due to daylight saving adjustments.
- The role involves regular collaboration with US-based team members during their standard business hours.
