Growth Marketing Lead
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end strategy and execution of Found's paid acquisition engine as the Growth Marketing Lead, ensuring that every campaign decision is driven by data and a deep understanding of small business owner behavior. This is not a passive, schedule and forget role; you will be deeply embedded in the feedback loop between performance results and strategic pivots. You will translate raw performance data into actionable hypotheses, running tests that isolate signal from noise across channels. Your work will directly determine the quality of customers entering the Found ecosystem, focusing on self employed owners who activate, engage, and build long term value. You will act as the primary interface between the performance marketing engine and the broader brand and product teams. You will ensure that spend efficiency aligns with business objectives without sacrificing brand integrity. Ultimately, you will be accountable for building a predictable and scalable paid growth system that compounds over time.
