What you'll do
- Architect and refine guest arrival and departure processes to ensure smooth, memorable transitions for residents and visitors in the Miami residence.
- Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights, identify friction points, and elevate satisfaction across every touchpoint of the guest journey.
- Design weekly schedules and coverage models that guarantee consistent, high-level hospitality across all shifts and service periods.
- Construct pricing and availability rules that strategically balance occupancy, rate strategies, and brand positioning on a monthly basis.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety checks to ensure homes remain pristine, secure, and fully compliant with established standards.
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, content, and offers that authentically showcase the Miami community and its distinct character.
- Synchronize routines with neighboring Flow offices to enable the sharing of insights and strict alignment with brand standards.
- Track competitor movements and local events to rapidly adjust positioning and capture increased demand within a dynamic market.
- Launch community moments and local partnerships that weave residents into the neighborhood and deepen their connection to its culture.
- Review financial reports to protect margins and guide smarter decisions regarding costs, investments, and potential upgrades.
- Set crystal-clear expectations for your team so that every member understands roles, quality standards, and an unwavering focus on guest needs.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by observing operations, gathering feedback, and implementing targeted enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations, marketing, and technology to ensure cohesive execution of the guest experience.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce Flow's core value of oneness through daily behaviors, communication, and decision-making.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, start-up environment while maintaining composure and clarity.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of three years managing teams in hospitality or related fields, with direct responsibility for operational outcomes.
- Experience with property management software and revenue tools is necessary for accurate forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
- Strong written and spoken English is required to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and partners on a daily basis.
- You should be comfortable using scheduling systems, channel managers, and analytics dashboards to monitor performance and optimize operations.
- The ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to respond to guest needs and operational demands.
- A demonstrated commitment to hospitality excellence, community building, and human-centered design is mandatory for success in this role.
- You must be able to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
