You will serve as the primary operational leader on site, translating the brand promise of flexibility and oneness into daily routines and tangible outcomes. This role requires you to design and manage intake touchpoints that capture resident needs before move-in, setting clear expectations from the very first contact. You are responsible for establishing structured review checkpoints where feedback is transformed into actionable improvements for the community. Additionally, you will orchestrate ship activities to ensure handovers are delivered with clarity, calm, and a seamless transition for new residents. Success in this position is defined by your ability to balance operational excellence with the creation of a welcoming, human-centered atmosphere. - Execute the end-to-end resident lifecycle, from initial engagement through final move-out, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.

- Act as the primary executor of Flow's strategic vision, translating high-level goals into tangible, operational routines on the ground.
- Foster meaningful connections between neighbors and their environment through carefully designed community interactions and routines.
- Oversee the daily decisions that shape the shared living environment and the emotional experience of residents within the community.
- Ensure all operational activities reflect the brand's commitment to flexibility, connection, and the deliberate creation of community.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to support the integration of life, work, creativity, and leisure within a single, unified environment.

Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in comparable management roles within residential or community-focused environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic to ensure effective daily communication and relationship building with residents and partners.
- Possess a thorough understanding of residential operations and guest service expectations to manage the resident journey effectively.
- Exhibit an unwavering commitment to complying with all local regulations in Riyadh in every aspect of building management and resident interactions.
- Adhere strictly to internal company policies and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all operational activities.
- Show the ability to make daily decisions that prioritize resident experience, safety, and satisfaction without compromising operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of accountability for the overall performance, safety, and reputation of the building within the Flow ecosystem.
- Apply attention to detail to ensure that every unit meets stringent standards of safety, comfort, and reliability before and after occupancy.
