What you'll do

• Oversee the global HR services and operations, ensuring proactive delivery while adhering to established quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and manage a team of two HR Generalists, fostering a culture of accountability and initiative among team members.
• Create and uphold SLAs and quality metrics to guarantee precision and efficiency in HR operations.
• Supervise essential HR processes from initiation to completion, including conducting engagement surveys, managing onboarding and offboarding, and overseeing documentation processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR operational matters, taking full responsibility for service delivery.
• Manage data and reporting requests directly, ensuring the reliability of our HR information systems.
• Recognize and implement enhancements and automation opportunities in HR processes, leveraging AI technology where advantageous.
• Develop and execute standardized operational practices across various regions, allowing for local modifications only when legally required.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operational HR and comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of setting high standards and improving team performance.
• A successful background in cultivating a culture focused on SLAs and quality assurance.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both senior management and employees.
• Self-driven and reliable in fast-paced environments, showcasing a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and committed to maintaining data integrity.
• Openness to adopting AI and automation to optimize HR functions.
• Experience in the FinTech, trading, or financial services sectors, or the adaptability to thrive in their dynamic environments.
• A personality suited for a , global workplace.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a multinational organization, particularly in the finance or trading sectors.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across different regions.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.

• Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation software relevant to HR processes.
