Flow Traders is seeking a dedicated and proactive Campus Recruiter to join our Recruitment team based in Hong Kong. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to the growth of a leading proprietary trading firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, engaging with university students and recent graduates, and supporting the hiring process for both graduate and internship roles within the Trading division. What you'll do
- Design, implement, and oversee the campus recruitment strategy specifically targeting graduate and internship candidates for the Trading department in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region.
- Build a deep understanding of Flow Traders' business model, trading activities, and regional hiring needs to source the most suitable talent pools.
- Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate assessments, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Represent Flow Traders at university career fairs, information sessions, and competitions, actively engaging with students and academic institutions to promote our employer brand and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing campaigns using social media platforms, online job portals, and other channels to identify and map potential talent pools across the region.
- Collaborate closely with the global Recruitment and Communications teams to enhance our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Flow Traders is positioned as a top choice for students and recent graduates.
- Support the recruitment of experienced professionals within Trading and Business Support functions, leveraging campus recruitment insights to inform broader hiring strategies.
- Participate in global recruitment projects, working with stakeholders from different regions to improve processes, share best practices, and implement innovative solutions.
- Analyze recruitment data, market trends, and candidate feedback to continuously refine and optimize our campus hiring strategies.
- Assist in developing onboarding programs and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires from campus to full-time roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines within our applicant tracking system.
- Foster relationships with universities and student organizations to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Support the team in organizing and participating in internal and external recruitment events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in campus and experienced recruitment, preferably within financial services, trading, or related industries.
- Proven track record of executing successful campus recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies.
- Experience working in-house within a recruitment team is essential.
- Familiarity with Trading or Global Markets recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, university representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating flexibility and cultural awareness.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with university contacts and candidates.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, recruitment software, and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting to inform recruitment strategies.

- Existing relationships with universities and student organizations in Hong Kong and the APAC region.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, trading, or related sectors.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the APAC region.

Practical notes
