You will act as the primary liaison and expert guide for corporate customers, steering them through the intricate deployment of Transform AI Agents to achieve operational excellence. This position requires translating convoluted technical workflows into actionable, clear automation strategies that resonate with executive stakeholders. Your core mission is to own the deployment health and adoption metrics, ensuring that the technology delivers on its promised value. Success in this role is defined by your ability to drive deep adoption and demonstrate tangible, measurable ROI to key decision-makers. You will partner directly with finance and technical teams to build long-term product integration and trust. Ultimately, you will shape the blueprint for how FloQast scales its Transform platform across the enterprise base, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value extraction. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and the role is explicitly focused on the Transform product line.

What you'll do

• Architect and execute specific deployment sequences for the Transform platform, ensuring alignment with complex customer operational models.
• Configure automation modules for billing and close processes to match precise contractual terms and financial workflows.
• Conduct hands-on testing of new Transform features and meticulously document test results for stakeholder review.
• Guide necessary adjustments based on test outcomes before full production rollout to mitigate operational risk.
• Champion adoption strategies that extend the usage of Transform across multiple departments within enterprise accounts.
• Track key performance indicators and refine workflows to achieve stronger results and higher user engagement.
• Lead migration activities for corporate accounts, including the transfer of historical data and validation of data integrity throughout the transition.
• Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to identify expansion opportunities and leverage deployment insights to shape future conversations.
• Partner with product specialists to surface recurring issues and translate field feedback into clear, actionable improvement suggestions for engineering.
• Own the end-to-end implementation plan, establishing milestones, timelines, and a defined communication cadence for each assigned account.
• Serve as a critical link between complex technology and actionable business outcomes for selected corporate accounts.
• Ensure the configuration of automation modules aligns with the customer's specific operational models and contractual requirements.
• Utilize the Transform platform daily to drive successful implementation and adoption.
• Work directly with corporate customers and selected accounts to ensure technical success and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must bring three to five years of experience implementing financial technology solutions within enterprise settings.
• Must possess a deep understanding of close workflows, billing operations, and general ledger processes.
• Must have experience within cloud-based applications to effectively configure and deploy solutions.
• Must demonstrate comfort working with application programming interfaces to integrate and automate processes.
• Must be proficient with configuration tools that automate financial tasks to streamline backend operations.
• Must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting language and pace accordingly.
• Must reside in the United States to enable reliable coordination with internal teams and partners during standard business hours.
• Must be able to guide enterprise accounts through the implementation of Transform AI Agents successfully.
• Must convert intricate technical workflows into clear, executable automation strategies for client teams.
