• Execute the full lifecycle management of ocean and air shipments, coordinating LCL, FCL, and import/export documentation from initiation to completion.

• Serve as the main escalation contact for clients, diagnosing issues and deploying solutions to uphold service continuity at origin and destination points.

Requirements

• Bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, ocean carrier operations, or consulting engagements.
