Your responsibilities will include managing smaller sales deals independently and providing assistance with larger opportunities, ensuring that we effectively meet the needs of our clients.

What you'll do
- Take the lead on new sales opportunities for OncoEMR in smaller community oncology practices, managing the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract execution.
- Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients, arrange product demonstrations, and work closely with various internal teams to facilitate a seamless sales experience.
- Support the Director of Sales in larger community oncology and multi-specialty transactions by conducting market research and coordinating product demonstrations.
- Proactively grow our sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and managing incoming inquiries effectively.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the community oncology and urology sectors to shape our sales strategies.
- Keep precise records of sales opportunities and pipeline data in Salesforce, aiding in monthly sales reporting efforts.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Business Operations to refine the HC Sales Playbook, documenting effective messaging and strategies for the sales team.
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the Flatiron Vendor Network, assessing vendor compatibility and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Lead initial discovery discussions with potential partners, evaluate their fit, and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Assist in creating and updating internal documentation and resources related to the vendor network to ensure clarity and accessibility for the team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A background in healthcare, health technology, or a related field, coupled with a strong commitment to enhancing cancer care.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system for managing sales pipelines and tracking opportunities is essential.
- Self-driven with the ability to advance deals with minimal oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively juggle multiple deals and priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, enabling you to build strong relationships with prospects and internal teams.
- A strategic mindset that allows for the identification of opportunities and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- A collaborative nature, comfortable working across various teams to drive initiatives forward.
- A results-oriented approach, evidenced by a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
