You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of the operational infrastructure that supports the entire sales organization. This position requires a deep analytical mindset to interpret revenue data and convert complex information into actionable strategies for leadership. What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the operational infrastructure supporting the sales organization to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
Perform in-depth evaluation of revenue data to generate actionable insights and reports that guide strategic leadership decisions.
Partner with marketing, finance, and sales leadership to refine lead management processes, improve pipeline quality, and enhance forecasting reliability.
Oversee the configuration and management of CRM and sales enablement platforms to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and seamless flow across the entire tech stack.
Champion the development and execution of data-driven strategies that support go-to-market initiatives within the EMEA region.
Design and maintain process maps for sales operations to standardize workflows and improve team efficiency and scalability.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
Monitor key performance indicators related to sales operations and revenue performance, providing regular updates and recommendations.
Lead initiatives to streamline administrative tasks, allowing sales teams to focus on high-value activities and revenue generation.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to solve complex business problems related to sales performance, data quality, and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices related to sales data management and reporting.
Facilitate regular reviews of sales methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement in the revenue operations function.
Act as an expert user and administrator of CRM systems, ensuring the platform evolves with the needs of the sales organization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into sales performance and operational health.
Requirements
Demonstrated proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical role within a professional services or technology environment.
Possess a strong and comprehensive understanding of end-to-end sales cycles and sophisticated pipeline management principles.
Showcase the ability to manage complex data sets, clean large volumes of information, and translate them into clear business strategies and recommendations.
Show proficiency in the administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and experience with sales enablement platforms and methodologies.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective coordination with regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Display strong problem-solving abilities and a data-centric approach to identifying issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
Have a history of working collaboratively within matrixed team environments while maintaining a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented startup environment.
Nice to have
Experience with specific CRM platforms commonly used in SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
Knowledge of process mapping and optimization frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience working in a European market, specifically within the EMEA region.
