What you'll do

• Execute and maintain the operational workflows for pricing updates across internal systems and billing platforms.
• Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to refine pricing structures and standardize operational workflows.
• Analyze pricing performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable process improvements.
• Safeguard the accuracy and consistency of documentation and data related to all pricing configurations.
• Enable the successful rollout of new commercial offerings and manage the operational impact of product packaging changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure pricing rules are implemented correctly and on schedule.
• Develop and manage reports that provide visibility into pricing health and system performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding pricing data and configuration queries.
• Implement controls and checks to mitigate the risk of errors in billing and invoicing systems.
• Support the translation of go-to-market strategies into operational pricing models that scale.

Requirements

• Bring professional experience in pricing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related analytical role.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex pricing models within a Software as a Service environment.
• Show an ability to bridge the gap between technical product requirements and commercial strategy effectively.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage large data sets and generate accurate reporting.
• Exhibit a proven track record of owning end to end operational processes in a fast growth setting.
• Have a deep understanding of how pricing impacts revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Adhere to strict standards for data integrity and confidentiality in all pricing related activities.

Nice to have

• Show familiarity with data integration platforms and the cloud infrastructure market dynamics.
• Have direct experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Configure Price Quote tools.
