What you'll do
Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex financial data into clear, decision-oriented visuals and narratives.
Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries that enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.
Coordinate executive governance meetings by managing scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across multiple programs and regions to support compliance and audit requirements.
Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures, standardize definitions, and enhance cross-functional visibility.
Continuously refine reporting processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and driving automation for greater clarity and scalability.
Leverage Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced Excel formulas such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and INDEX/MATCH to transform raw data into reliable datasets.
Design and develop robust data models in Power BI that support financial KPIs, trend analysis, and scenario planning for governance discussions.
Apply best practices in document management and communication within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to ensure organized, accessible, and secure information flow.
Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions, with at least 3+ years in a large enterprise environment.
Demonstrated mastery of Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and advanced formulas such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and INDEX/MATCH, as well as data modeling techniques.
Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to connect datasets, design dashboards, and build DAX measures tailored to financial KPIs and performance tracking.
Strong competency in PowerPoint, with the capability to create executive-level visuals that communicate complex data clearly and with high impact.
Proven experience collaborating within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments, managing documents, meetings, and global stakeholder communications effectively.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot (M365) to automate reporting tasks, summarize data, and improve productivity in a financial context.
Solid background in project and deliverable management, with the ability to plan, track, and execute on executive meetings and reporting cycles reliably.
