About the role
You are the operational backbone of the Investor Relations program, owning the end-to-end coordination of all investor-facing activities. You own the calendar discipline, ensuring meetings, roadshows, and deadlines are tracked and executed flawlessly across the Asia Pacific region. You own the integrity of the CRM and disclosure register, maintaining the single source of truth for all investor interactions and regulatory timelines. You own the orchestration of materials, working with Legal, Finance, and Communications to version control and distribute sensitive documents with precision. You own the interface with external advisers, providing a central point of contact for brokers, lawyers, and consultants to ensure alignment. You own the flow of information between the board and investors, translating complex technical and financial data into clear, timely narratives. You own the continuous improvement of the IR workflow, implementing structures that increase efficiency and resilience in a fast-scaling environment.

What you'll do
Coordinate the end-to-end investor relations calendar, scheduling and managing meetings, roadshows, and calls across multiple time zones with precision.
Maintain the central CRM and investor register, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and immediate access to accurate information for all stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate the production of investor materials, earnings releases, presentations, and regulatory filings in close collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Communications.
Manage the disclosure workflow, tracking timelines and responsibilities to ensure all regulatory and market obligations are met on time and accurately.
Act as the primary point of contact for external advisers, including brokers, legal counsel, and consultants, to streamline communications and remove blockers.
Support the execution of investor meetings and roadshows, from logistics and documentation to follow-up tracking and action item management.
Implement and maintain workflow structures and documentation that enhance the efficiency, transparency, and auditability of the IR function.
Liaise with the Company Secretary and Finance team to ensure alignment on listing rules, governance requirements, and financial disclosures.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting on investor engagement trends, helping to inform leadership decisions and strategy.
Contribute to the development of a best-in-class investor relations practice, leveraging technology and process improvements to scale with the business.
Serve as a trusted coordinator across the business, translating complex technical and financial information into clear and concise updates for diverse audiences.
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders, reinforcing trust and confidence in the Firmus story.
Requirements
You possess 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a similar coordination role within a listed or rapidly scaling company.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of ASX or equivalent listing rules, disclosure obligations, and the regulatory environment for public companies.
You have proven experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and deadlines with a high standard of organisation and attention to detail.
You are highly proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and data sets simultaneously.
You bring a meticulous approach to document control, versioning, and information security in a sensitive corporate environment.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and concise narratives.
You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution.
You hold a high level of integrity and discretion, handling confidential information with professionalism at all times.
Nice to have
Experience working in the AI, energy, or infrastructure sectors, providing context that enhances your understanding of our business.
Familiarity with NVIDIA's partnership and cloud strategy, and the technical terminology used in high-performance computing environments.
Experience supporting cross-functional collaboration between Legal, Finance, Communications, and Company Secretary functions.
Practical notes
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, Australia.
The start date is dependent on successful onboarding and visa processing where applicable.
