About the role
The Strategic Writer is entrusted with architecting the narrative architecture that connects internal operations with external audiences, owning the coherence of Firmus' story from grid connection to deployed AI capacity. You will serve as the primary translator between complex industrial processes and accessible, accurate public narratives, ensuring every explanation is grounded in verifiable data, technical diagrams, and real world performance metrics. This role demands the deconstruction of intricate model to grid workflows, including energy management, liquid cooling efficiency, and AI software orchestration, into structured, logical stories for technical, executive, and public audiences without compromising factual accuracy. You will possess the ability to relate complex infrastructure workflows to tangible outcomes that people can measure and benchmark, particularly when explaining technical trade offs under conditions of uncertainty. Clear, precise writing about energy systems, hardware configuration, and economic models is a non negotiable requirement for this position, defining the standard of communication required. The capacity to discuss cost structures, efficiency ratios, and deployment timelines with accuracy is fundamental to maintaining the integrity of Firmus' public narrative. What you'll do
You will design narrative blueprints that document each phase of the operational workflow, from initial intake and engineering design through construction, validation, and final deployment, ensuring alignment between technical specifications and external messaging. A core responsibility involves the orchestration of intake documentation, where constraints, performance targets, and technical specifications are rigorously aligned with public narratives before any dissemination occurs. You will build layered explanations capable of translating highly specialized model to grid processes-including energy management, liquid cooling efficiency, and AI software orchestration-into coherent stories tailored for technical, executive, and public stakeholders. Maintaining consistency across all channels is a primary duty, requiring rigorous reviews of cross channel content, including public statements, investor materials, and customer facing documentation, to ensure that figures, capabilities, and operational constraints remain uniform. Your narratives will directly support product launches and operational announcements, navigating the balance between ambition and factual guardrails to preserve stakeholder trust. You will partner closely with engineering and operations teams to convert uptime metrics, energy decisions, and infrastructure choices into reliable public language that stakeholders can verify and trust. Coordinating responses to media inquiries and partner questions will fall within your scope, ensuring that as project details evolve, the underlying story remains anchored in data and source materials. This process involves testing every narrative against system diagrams, operational logs, and empirical performance signals to prevent drift or misrepresentation over time. You will translate complex trade offs and infrastructure decisions into structured narratives that clarify risk, expectation setting, and performance reality for diverse audiences. Ultimately, you will own the end to end narrative lifecycle, from initial concept through to mature documentation that supports Firmus' long term service commitments and operational transparency.
