What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment processes accordingly.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a talent pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Finnomena as an employer of choice in the fintech industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Assist in developing and refining job descriptions and specifications to attract the right candidates.
• Foster a positive employer brand by promoting Finnomena's culture, values, and mission throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and tools, including ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment in Thailand.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.

Nice to have

• Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting company culture.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance candidate engagement.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English, with additional language skills being an advantage.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
