What you'll do

• Collaborate with the strategy team to conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with Finnomena's business objectives.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations from research activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new products and services that enhance customer experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform strategic decisions and improve existing offerings.
• Help track and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that inform strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of business models and financial projections for new projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating strategy workshops and meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Develop a strong understanding of Finnomena's products and services to effectively contribute to strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn about the financial technology landscape.
• Previous internship or project experience in strategy, finance, or consulting is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.

• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement practices.
• Familiarity with the fintech industry and current trends affecting the market.
