About the role
Fin is seeking a Principal Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our Product and Sales organizations. You will act as the primary strategic lead for commercializing our AI products, ensuring that our go-to-market execution is predictable, scalable, and highly effective. You will own the definition and execution of our sales strategy, translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions for enterprise buyers. This role requires a rare blend of analytical rigor and commercial acumen to solve ambiguous business problems. You will be responsible for establishing the operational foundation that allows our sales teams to perform at the highest level. The position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes. You will be a key architect in building a repeatable and scalable commercial engine for our AI portfolio.

What you'll do
- Serve as the Single Threaded Owner for go-to-market readiness on all Tier 1 and Tier 2 AI product launches.
- Define and enforce the Sales Ready standard, ensuring segmentation, compensation, and reporting are established before general availability.
- Conduct market sizing and competitive intelligence to guide product and sales strategy.
- Partner with Pricing and Compensation teams to design incentive structures that accelerate AI product adoption.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistent execution.
- Track launch metrics such as pipeline, adoption, and retention, presenting strategic narratives to leadership.
- Manage complex projects including territory modeling, forecasting methodology, and Salesforce optimizations.
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve the quality of internal data insights.
- Own the end-to-end commercialization process from product validation through to scaling in the market.
- Develop and maintain the business case for new AI initiatives, including TAM analysis and ROI projections.
- Architect the sales playbook, battle cards, and enablement content for the commercial teams.
- Establish the key performance indicators that define success for our go-to-market motions.
- Act as the central point of contact for all sales operations related to AI product commercialization.
- Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or GTM commercialization within B2B SaaS or AI sectors.
- Expertise in operationalizing sales organizations, including quota setting, incentive design, and book carving.
- Proven ability to define go-to-market motions and launch readiness frameworks.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of AI products, usage-based pricing models, and consumption-based incentives.
- Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Gong, or Outreach.
- Background working closely with Enterprise Sales Operations.
- Experience using AI to improve reporting or automate operational workflows.
