The Senior Manager leads an AI-fluent mid-market team to drive growth, retention, and long-term value. Success requires coaching sellers through product and go-to-market evolution while balancing execution and team development. The role demands a leader who can translate complex AI capabilities into clear narratives for commercial audiences. You will own the end-to-end performance of the mid-market segment through the people who manage these accounts. This is a hands-on management position where coaching and rigor are equally valued. Build and coach an AI-fluent team of Relationship Managers for the MidMarket segment.
Guide mid-market accounts through AI adoption journeys, advancing from traditional approaches to pioneering implementations. This progression helps customers extract maximum value from the platform.
Sales targets for the mid-market segment are achieved through management of renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation.
Representatives are coached to sell outcomes and value, highlighting how AI meaningfully differentiates Fin.
Cross-sell and expansion opportunities are identified and unlocked. Larger, strategic renewals and upsell motions are driven to strengthen customer value.
Complex buying groups and stakeholder alignment are navigated to advance deals.
Own forecasting accuracy and deal inspection rituals to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
Develop playbooks for coaching conversations that reinforce strong seller habits and documentation.
Champion a culture where written communication makes work easy to review and build upon.
Elevate the team's understanding of the platform so that customer conversations are technically precise and outcome-focused.
Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $310000 to $370000.4 years Sales Management experience in a quota-carrying environment.
Experience selling SaaS solutions and managing revenue-owning individual contributors.
Strong coaching and talent development skills with mid-market or commercial account managers.
Demonstrated ability to forecast, inspect deals, and operate with rigor at scale.
Comfort leading teams through change in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor's degree.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to have
Experience in Small Business, Scale, or Commercial sales motions.
Exposure to selling technical or AI-enabled products.
