Fin is on the lookout for a dynamic sales leader to oversee and expand our Small Business and Scale Relationship Management team based in San Francisco. In this pivotal role, you will mentor a group of early-career sales professionals, guiding them through our innovative AI-driven go-to-market strategy while ensuring they achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer success.

What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, and provide mentorship to Relationship Managers focusing on Small Business and Scale segments, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Oversee team revenue objectives, which encompass renewals, expansion efforts, and pipeline development to drive growth.
- Establish and enforce high standards for forecasting, deal inspection, and maintaining cleanliness in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide coaching to team members on value-based selling techniques, particularly in relation to AI-enhanced customer support solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Enablement, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Marketing teams to enhance sales narratives and streamline operational processes.
- Cultivate a culture that emphasizes continuous learning, accountability, and high performance within the team.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and discuss career development opportunities.
- Develop and implement training programs that focus on skill enhancement and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and executive leadership to communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Sales Management role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Proven experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products in a quota-carrying capacity.
- Background in managing and nurturing individual contributors responsible for generating revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales and maintain operational standards at scale.
- Experience in coaching and developing early-career sales professionals to reach their full potential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Small Business, Scale, or Commercial sales environments, providing a solid understanding of the market dynamics.
- Familiarity with selling technical products or those related to artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, which can enhance sales effectiveness.
- Experience in guiding customers through the adoption of new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction.

- Proficient in forecasting and deal inspection processes to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Strong understanding of value-based selling principles, particularly in relation to AI-driven solutions.
