About the role
Fin is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Brand Activations to spearhead in-person and hybrid experiences across North America. In this capacity, you will serve as the strategic and operational link between brand narrative and revenue generation, transforming live engagements into quantifiable business growth. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of experiential initiatives, from initial concept through post-event analysis, ensuring every interaction advances pipeline and strengthens customer relationships. This role demands a hands-on operator who can simultaneously architect scalable processes and execute high-impact activations with precision. You will collaborate deeply with Brand, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to optimize programs in real time. You will build the foundational structures that allow our field marketing function to scale globally without sacrificing quality or personalization. Base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area candidates is $175,000 to $188,000, depending on education, skills, experience, and location
Compensation includes meaningful equity via Restricted Stock Units and eligibility for corporate bonus or sales incentive

What you'll do
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end execution of strategic events, community programs, and product launches that align with broader brand objectives.
- Translate complex brand narratives into clear, actionable messaging that equips sales teams to engage prospects effectively before, during, and after activations.
- Design detailed staffing plans and role assignments to ensure optimal coverage and performance during each event.
- Create and host supplementary engagement structures such as VIP dinners, roundtables, and meetups to deepen relationships and accelerate pipeline progression.
- Establish measurable KPIs for every activation, monitor performance rigorously, and synthesize results into insights tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Codify workflows and develop repeatable playbooks that empower a scalable and consistent global field marketing function.
- Partner with Brand, Sales, Growth, Product Marketing, and external stakeholders to orchestrate cohesive, high-impact experiences.
- Oversee logistics and vendor relationships, managing agencies, venues, and suppliers to guarantee flawless execution within scope and budget.
- Drive data-informed decisions by defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple departments and external partners under tight timelines.
- Evaluate and select event venues and partners to ensure alignment with brand standards, audience needs, and financial targets.
- Implement technology and systems to streamline event management, registration, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with Sales to develop enablement tools that enhance field readiness.
- Maintain brand integrity across all activations while adapting content to local market nuances and audience preferences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the field marketing playbook based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Demonstrate a documented track record of converting brand experiences into measurable business outcomes including pipeline generation, revenue impact, and audience engagement.
- Show evidence of enabling sales teams through structured programs, content, and tools that enhance their ability to close deals.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities, with proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently without sacrificing quality.
- Possess hands-on experience executing large-scale events and high-touch activations on-site, including troubleshooting in live environments.
- Embrace a builder mentality, showing enthusiasm for designing structure and processes in environments where they do not yet exist.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, adapting messages for diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Apply a data-driven mindset to goal setting, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization of programs and campaigns.
