About the role
Fin is seeking a strategic marketer to define how we engage audiences for our major brand activations, product launches, and industry events. You will build and scale the systems and campaigns that turn event participation into measurable commercial growth. In this capacity, you will architect the end-to-end experience for key programs such as Pioneer, Fin Labs, and product drumbeats. Your work will establish the frameworks that convert every interaction into actionable insight and revenue. You will own the narrative and operational backbone of our most important market-facing moments. The role requires a partnership with revenue teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support business outcomes. You will be the architect of our audience strategy, balancing creativity with rigorous execution. Success in this position is defined by your ability to scale programs while maintaining clarity and accountability.

What you'll do
Design and execute audience acquisition strategies for initiatives like Pioneer, Fin Labs, and product drumbeats.
Build multichannel campaign journeys across email, paid media, web, in-product, and sales-assisted channels.
Create personalized follow-up programs to convert event engagement into pipeline and new business.
Manage the operational infrastructure for campaigns, including segmentation, journey mapping, and exclusions.
Develop AI-driven workflows to automate production and improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate across Design, Web, Marketing Ops, Sales, and external agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
Analyze campaign performance to refine messaging, improve targeting, and inform future strategy.
Translate complex business objectives into scalable campaign plans that can be systematized across teams.
Own the governance of our marketing stack to ensure data integrity and process reliability.
Champion the use of testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement in audience engagement.
Leverage behavioral data to refine the timing and content of every interaction in the customer journey.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders seeking to activate audiences through new initiatives.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards while enabling rapid experimentation.
Oversee the implementation of tracking mechanisms to measure the full-funnel impact of marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, campaign, demand generation, or audience marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multichannel journeys including email, paid, and event-related touchpoints.
- Strong operational skills with high attention to detail and documentation.
- Experience translating business objectives into scalable campaign plans and systems.
- Ability to influence and partner with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, iteration, and measurable business impact.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve frequently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal and external partners.
