About the role
Fin is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to oversee and expand our North American event strategy. You will design high-impact programs that connect with prospects and customers to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our field events, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue objectives. You will architect and deploy experiences that resonate with target audiences and amplify our brand presence in key markets. The role requires you to act as a strategic operator who translates marketing insights into actionable event initiatives. You will be responsible for building scalable frameworks that enable consistent execution across diverse regions. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to generate demand and convert engagement into tangible business outcomes. You will serve as a bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution to maximize the impact of every event.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Plan and execute a portfolio of roadshows, sponsored events, virtual programs, executive dinners, and hospitality experiences.
- Develop executive engagement initiatives to reach senior decision-makers at target accounts.
- Design 1:1 and 1:few programs that foster strategic relationships and deeper customer engagement.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts, set goals, and manage follow-up.
- Evaluate and negotiate third-party event sponsorships to ensure positive ROI.
- Support account-based marketing efforts through curated experiences.
- Define KPIs and report on pipeline, revenue impact, and event performance.
- Create repeatable playbooks and frameworks for regional event execution.
- Collaborate with brand, growth, product marketing, and customer teams on messaging and execution.
- Orchestrate end-to-end event lifecycles from initial concept to post-event analysis.
- Lead the development of event content and narratives tailored to specific audience segments.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure seamless event delivery and brand consistency.
- Leverage data to optimize event mix and prioritize high-value investment areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to execute premium experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and influencing revenue via field programs.
- Experience managing both owned and third-party sponsored events.
- Ability to engage accounts across the entire funnel, from initial awareness to deal acceleration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on sales partnership.
- Data-driven approach to measurement and reporting.
- Ability to travel for regional events.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Proven track record of owning complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive and technical audiences.
- Capacity to balance strategic vision with detailed operational execution.
- Commitment to maintaining brand integrity across all event touchpoints.

Practical notes

- Salary range is $175,000 to $188,000 base salary in the San Francisco Bay Area.
