Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in training machine learning models and managing them effectively in production settings at scale.
• Proven track record in leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Extensive professional background as an individual contributor engineer, with a strong technical foundation.
• Excellent technical judgment, coupled with the ability to communicate team needs effectively to stakeholders.
• Flexible leadership style that can adapt to the dynamics of a rapidly growing and changing team environment.
• A genuine passion for artificial intelligence and its applications in real-world scenarios.
