About the role
You will architect and execute the global positioning strategy for a slate of premium film and television content, defining how each project is introduced to the world. You will act as the primary liaison between creative vision and commercial execution, ensuring that every campaign reflects the highest standards of brand integrity and market insight. You will own the end-to-end narrative arc for our distributor slate, shaping the story that audiences and partners encounter at every touchpoint. You will collaborate directly with producers, filmmakers, and studio partners to align messaging with creative intent and commercial opportunity. You will leverage data and industry intuition to identify emerging trends, translating them into compelling positioning that drives engagement and value. You will build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including sales agents, international distributors, and press partners, to amplify our reach. Mentor and guide junior marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning within the distribution marketing organization.
Act as a strategic thought partner to filmmakers and executives, providing incisive feedback and recommendations that strengthen both creative and commercial outcomes.
Champion emerging platforms and formats, testing new storytelling approaches and distribution models that keep Filmhub at the forefront of the industry.
Translate complex business and creative concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for internal and external audiences, from internal briefings to public-facing materials.
Drive the creation of high-impact assets, ensuring that all marketing materials meet brand standards and support the overall distribution strategy.
Identify and pursue strategic promotional windows and events that maximize exposure and engagement with key audiences around the world.

Serve as a visible leader within the Filmhub community, representing the team in cross-functional discussions and industry forums.
Requirements
You must have a proven track record of at least five years in film marketing, distribution, or a related strategic role within the entertainment industry.
You must demonstrate a deep understanding of global film distribution models, including theatrical, streaming, and hybrid release strategies.
You must have experience analyzing audience data and market insights to drive strategic decisions and campaign optimization.
You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to both creative and business stakeholders.
You must be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
