Figure is building general-purpose humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. We need a quality support specialist to ensure the data collected by our robot pilots meets high standards. You will review data, pinpoint issues, and create reports that guide our AI team in training the robots. This role places you at the intersection of data integrity and machine learning progress. What you'll do
Evaluate data collection sessions against defined quality benchmarks to determine adherence standards.
Document problems such as inconsistent techniques, incomplete sequences, and unusual scenarios with precise language.
Generate qualitative assessment reports for team leaders to share with the pilot team for strategic review.
Work with AI and pilot teams to improve quality criteria and refine evaluation methodologies over time.
Monitor quality trends across shifts and identify systemic issues early to prevent widespread impact.
Maintain consistent evaluation quality and high throughput across many reviews without sacrificing accuracy.
Offer suggestions for workflow and tool improvements based on observed operational friction points.
Analyze session logs to detect patterns that indicate underlying systemic risks or training gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on quality definitions and success metrics.
Track the resolution of identified issues to ensure timely closure and validation of fixes.
Summarize complex findings into concise narratives that support rapid decision-making cycles.
Contribute to the development of standardized templates for reporting and quality tracking.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive review tasks to increase team efficiency and scale.
