Deployment Engineer
Job description
About the role
Figure is building autonomous humanoid robots designed for general-purpose use in commercial and residential environments. We are looking for a technical professional to join our Data Collection team to manage robot performance in the field. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, resolving operational blockers and refining our deployment processes. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end execution of on-site activities, ensuring that each robot deployment adheres to strict safety and performance benchmarks. You will serve as the central liaison between our engineering teams and field operations, translating technical constraints into actionable plans. Your work will directly influence the reliability and capabilities of our hardware in real-world scenarios. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our deployment methodologies and for mentoring less experienced team members on best practices. This role requires a proactive mindset and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
