What you'll do
- Lead the execution of field deployments, ensuring that all robotic systems are effectively tested and data is accurately collected.
- Manage remote operations, providing essential technical support during client demonstrations to showcase our technology.
- Serve as a liaison between our engineering team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Keep detailed records of system performance, testing results, and client feedback to inform future improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware or software issues, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system usability and performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and partners to ensure they are well-versed in operating our robotic systems.
- Participate in the design and development of new features based on field testing insights and user feedback.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports that detail system capabilities and performance outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics and AI technologies.
- Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into existing workflows to improve overall project outcomes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field is essential.
- Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience in managing technical projects or deployments in a field setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods related to robotics and AI systems.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with robotics hardware, particularly humanoid robots, quadrupeds, or drones, is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of robotic subsystems, sensors, and basic electronic components will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python, which are commonly used in robotics applications.
- Previous experience in client-facing technical roles, particularly in field testing or remote operations, is a plus.
