About the role
This position drives revenue growth for the Factory Automation business within MISUMI Americas. The Account Manager serves as a consultative partner to strategic customers, addressing application challenges and optimizing product adoption. Success depends on collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to execute account strategies and support long-term business expansion. The role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing complex deals. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into specific product solutions. The position demands consistent pipeline generation and rigorous forecast management. You will be responsible for shaping account strategies that meet revenue goals across key industrial accounts.

Requirements
The posting states a pay range of $135,000 to $135,000. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related area is preferred for this role. A minimum of 3 years of industrial sales experience is required, with preferred experience in selling mechanical components in automation or assembly equipment.
