Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera, is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe is preferred.
