What you'll do

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business goals and map them to appropriate Fastly edge cloud services and configuration options.

Requirements

• You possess proven experience in a technical consulting or customer-facing engineering role within the technology sector.
• You have a strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP protocols, caching mechanisms, and content delivery networks.
• You demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of internet infrastructure and how edge computing architectures solve modern delivery challenges.
• You are able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical developers and business-oriented stakeholders.
• You bring experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning for web applications deployed on distributed network environments.
• You have a history of working with API integrations and designing solutions based on cloud-based service delivery models.
