What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients within the UK and Ireland regions, ensuring alignment with FareHarbor's overall business objectives.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, and social media, to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored presentations to showcase how FareHarbor's solutions can meet the unique needs of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients in the region, enhancing brand visibility and awareness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our service offerings.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote FareHarbor's products and network with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into market trends and client feedback.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients, facilitating a seamless transition to our platform.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients and team members to refine sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland tourism and hospitality markets, including key players and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving goals and driving business growth.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
