The operates from the Sydney office and is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, optimization, and maintenance of client dashboards within the FareHarbor platform. This position is embedded within the Onboarding Team, which provides dedicated support to both new and live clients. The role requires a methodical and intentional approach to setting up, troubleshooting, and managing complex client dashboard structures with precision.
As a strategic partner to the Sales team, the Client Dashboard Specialist interprets nuanced business requirements and translates them into tailored dashboard solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of mastering the FareHarbor platform. This role is critical to ensuring that each client dashboard is configured for success, enabling clients to operate and grow their experiences business effectively through the FareHarbor system.
What You'll Do
The primary responsibility of the Client Dashboard Specialist is to interpret business requirements articulated by the Sales team and strategize the optimal FareHarbor dashboard configuration to satisfy those specific company needs. You will work closely with Client Onboard Specialists to implement iterative changes and refinements based on direct client feedback received during the training and rollout process.
Collaboration with the Customer Support and Account Management teams is essential to diagnose issues and execute updates on existing client dashboards, thereby improving functionality and user experience. You will efficiently multi-task multiple concurrent projects by prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines across varying stages of implementation and support.
A key aspect of this role involves becoming a highly proficient FareHarbor power user, mastering the platform's capabilities to extract, manipulate, and present data effectively. You will analyze client usage patterns and feedback to identify opportunities for dashboard enhancements that drive greater client adoption and operational efficiency. Serving as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients regarding dashboard configuration, you will ensure issues are resolved promptly and comprehensively.
The role also includes documenting standard operating procedures and configuration workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge transfer across the Onboarding Team. You will proactively monitor client health and engagement metrics, flagging potential risks or opportunities for upsell to the Account Management team. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding and training materials by providing insights from real-world client implementations and edge cases.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate a strong capacity for analytical thinking and complex problem-solving in a software configuration environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively liaise between technical teams and client stakeholders. A proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
You must exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability for project outcomes, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion without constant supervision. A natural inclination towards process improvement and a desire to understand how technology solutions drive business results are necessary traits. Resilience and adaptability are critical when navigating ambiguous requirements and shifting project scopes.

Nice to Have
Previous experience with booking, reservation, or transaction management software platforms is advantageous. This is a full-time position based in the Sydney office. Relocation or visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship.
