You will prepare files and data with precision for internal audits, bank partner reviews, and regulatory inspections. The position demands the maintenance of meticulous, audit-ready records that honor confidentiality and privacy standards. You will also update internal checklists and standard operating procedures to reflect evolving rules across markets and jurisdictions. Finally, you will compile volumes, turnaround times, and pass rates to provide leadership with clear insights into capacity and operational flow.

You will conduct Advanced Risk Assessment through thorough Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk clients, Politically Exposed Persons, and entities situated in high-risk jurisdictions.
You will identify regulatory red flags, transaction anomalies, or suspicious activities and prepare comprehensive risk narratives to escalate to the Compliance Manager. This involves active Process Optimization where you identify operational bottlenecks in the onboarding pipeline and collaborate with the team to refine compliance workflows and tools.
Compliance and data management
The position requires close Cross-Functional Partnering with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Account Executives to provide clear, actionable guidance on missing documentation and onboarding statuses. You will also provide Peer Support by assisting in onboarding and training junior analysts, serving as a primary resource for day-to-day procedural questions.

This ensures Data Integrity by maintaining flawless, audit-ready client records. These records will honor absolute data confidentiality in strict alignment with global privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
Finally, you will help compile regular reports on onboarding volumes, turnaround times, and pass rates. This metrics tracking supports leadership in capacity planning and operational decision-making.
