About the role
You partner on core Revenue Operations foundations including quota setting, book builds, compensation administration, and monthly business reporting. You build scalable reporting and analytical frameworks that improve visibility into funnel health, pipeline quality, and sales performance. You develop diagnostics that help Sales leaders identify opportunities, understand performance drivers, and make better decisions. You improve forecasting infrastructure and manager tooling to increase confidence in revenue projections. You perform ad hoc analytical deep dives that uncover actionable insights and influence go-to-market strategy. You identify opportunities to automate operational workflows using AI and modern tooling, improving team productivity and reducing manual work. You collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Finance, Data, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how our revenue organization operates.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Finance, Data, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how our revenue organization operates.
Drive end-to-end ownership of revenue operations initiatives from discovery through implementation and optimization.
Design and maintain key dashboards and metrics frameworks that align Sales, Success, and Finance on performance.
Champion data-driven decision making by translating complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership.
Own process documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability across the Revenue organization.
Support special projects including market analyses, competitive insights, and strategic planning as requested.
Leverage AI tools to streamline manual tasks, enhance reporting accuracy, and accelerate insight generation.
Act as a subject matter expert on revenue operations best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the function.

3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role.
Experience building and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards, preferably using tools like Looker or similar.
Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical plans and drive decisions with data.
Experience working with Sales and customer-facing teams to improve sales performance and operations.
Strong command of SQL and spreadsheet tools for data analysis.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role is full-time and based in New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA.
