- Architect the retailer narrative and map the messaging architecture for every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Spearhead the Opening Soon initiative to enhance acquisition funnels and optimize conversion metrics for nascent store owners.
- Orchestrate comprehensive go-to-market campaigns for intricate product suites, handling positioning, messaging, and channel activation.
- Direct, mentor, and strategically deploy a squad of product marketing managers to maximize team throughput and impact.
- Synthesize insights from product and revenue leadership to guide product roadmaps using rigorous customer intelligence.
- Execute investigative research programs, both qualitative and quantitative, to validate messaging efficacy and measure GTM performance.
- Champion the integration of AI instruments to streamline workflows and elevate the quality of strategic output.

Practical notes
Faire operates on a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flexible day). Employees are permitted to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year. The base salary is subject to factors including experience, skills, and market demand.
