Marketing Operations Lead
Job description
About the role
Factory is building the marketing operations function from the ground up, and this role sits at the center of that work. As a founding member of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will design the systems, workflows, data, and operating infrastructure that allow marketing to scale cleanly as the company grows. You will act as the primary operations partner to field marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, and product-led growth, making sure every group has the tools and processes it needs to run campaigns, manage leads, and measure results. You will also own how marketing-related workflows evolve inside Factory's own product, which means your influence reaches beyond internal operations into the product itself. This is a hands-on individual contributor role built for a technical builder who enjoys working directly with systems and data. As the GTM organization scales, there is a real path for this role to grow into a people manager position. The position reports to the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations and is based in San Francisco, where you will work from the company headquarters in person.
