What you'll do

• Spearhead cross-departmental projects by transforming vague business inquiries into data-centric solutions that drive results.
• Design and execute innovative strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer acquisition throughout the sales process.
• Refine and advance quantitative analysis techniques, such as simulations, A/B testing, and causal impact assessments, to inform strategic choices and effectively communicate findings to executive leadership.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of data pipelines, establish data frameworks, and utilize sophisticated tracking methods to identify opportunities for revenue generation.
• Serve as a mentor within the team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Incorporate artificial intelligence tools into the team's processes to enhance productivity and output quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between data initiatives and business objectives, facilitating a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Conduct regular presentations and workshops to share insights and methodologies with both technical and non-technical audiences, enhancing overall data literacy within the company.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine analytical methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data science or consulting, demonstrating a strong capability to link business challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, enabling you to articulate complex data insights to a variety of audiences.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, A/B testing methodologies, and version control using GitHub.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, along with a keen interest in exploring their practical applications in daily operations.
• A genuine intellectual curiosity and a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, with a focus on benefiting the organization as a whole.
• A collaborative mindset, characterized by humility and empathy in team interactions.
• An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, analytics, economics, or statistics is required.
• Candidates must be based within the continental United States.
